Can you tell me more about the cost of international shipping and is there a more affordable option?

We understand that the cost of shipping is a concern, and we would like to take this opportunity to explain in more detail why it can be expensive.

The cost of international shipping is determined by several factors, including the speed, tracking services and the distance it needs to travel from the UK.

Most customers want to receive their orders as soon as possible, which is why we use express shipping services. Customers also prefer shipping with a tracking service for several reasons.

Will I need to pay for additional customs & import fees?

No, to avoid any additional charges or delays, all shipments are sent with any customs and import fees paid. There will be no additonal charges for you to pay when the order arrives.

What is delivery duty paid (DDP)?

This means that all taxes and import charges associated with your order will be organised and paid for by us.

We want your experience shopping with us to be as stress-free as possible. All orders are sent with any applicable taxes paid and there will be no additional tax to pay on arrival.

How do I track my order?

In all cases you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Do you also have an account on the website?

Yes, log into your account through the online store, and check the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information and you can find your tracking number.

How quickly will you send my order?

After you have placed your order, our team will carefully pack and send your order out as soon as possible, usually the next working day.

This aplies to orders that are placed between Monday and Friday. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days and therefore orders placed at these times may take a little longer to be processed.

Lost or delayed package?

Don't panic! Sometimes orders may appear to be lost or stuck but this is usually due to items missing a scan at some point in the journey. We see this happens more at busy times.

We send hundreds of orders out every day and it is very rare for items that are correctly addressed never to arrive; and in the end, the shipping services we use are very reliable.
